Importance of water for a healthy body

Water is the basic need of life. It carries nutrients and minerals to various parts of the body and flushes out toxins and waste. Apart from this, it also helps in regulating body temperature. Even in general, when someone is sick or has a fever, it is advisable to keep oneself hydrated as water helps your body naturally eliminate toxins and bacteria that cause illness.

Water also helps in carrying oxygen to various cells of the body, which helps in proper functioning of the body. To stay healthy and fit, it is recommended to drink at least 2 liters of water daily. When you are sick, try to increase your water intake. Plain water is the best, but if you find it difficult to drink 8 glasses of water a day, you can also try lemon or mint water. They are equally beneficial for health.

The high amounts of vitamin C, folate, and potassium present in lemons can also help increase your immunity. Starting your day with a glass of warm water and lemon juice can do wonders for your health. By drinking lemonade with honey regularly in the morning, the excess fat of the body gradually ends and obesity ends. It helps in taking out the dirt of the body. The problem of occupation is resolved.
