Know best brain development foods

People try different ways to sharpen the brain. Ever try to burn there brains in the square puzzle, and Sudoku. Even though the brain keeps on running fast, catering is also very important. If you consume some things, it will increase the capability of the brain.

1. Almonds, pistachios, figs, Khamis, avocados, linseed, walnuts, sunflowers seeds are helpful in enhancing memory. They contain Omega 3  Fatty Acids, Vitamin E and Anti-Oxidants in abundant amount.

2. In the beetroot, an element named Nitrate is found, which works in the supply of oxygen in the brain and helps in the development of the brain smoothly. Beetroot can be eaten as needed in salads, soups, and other forms.

3. Whole grains are stores of carbohydrate, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They are used in making nutritious bread, parathas, thalipith, whole, etc.

4. Green leafy vegetables contain lots of vitamins like vitamin C, vitamin E, K, folate, and phytonutrients, which are helpful in the formation of brain cells. Green leafy vegetables can be used in making salads, raita, soup juice, stuffed veg parathas, roti, cutlets, etc.

5. Lycopene is found in tomatoes, which is helpful in the growth of brain cells. Tomatoes are used as a vegetable, soup, and salad.
