Know the benefits of Neem on our health

When brush and mung were not there, neem leaves and twigs were used to take care of the mouth. Even today, many people in villages do same things to clean there teeths. Ayurveda believes that all diseases of the mouth can be treated with neem. Not only Neem is also helpful for the treatment of many serious diseases. Mouth can be cared by chewing 4 leaves of neem in the morning. Neem leaves are beneficial in some diseases, we are telling you in detail.
Neem is a tree. Neem barks, leaves and seeds are used to make medicines. Many times, root, flowers and fruit are also used. Neem leaves can be used for leprosy, eye disorders, hemorrhoids, intestinal worms, stomach disorders, lack of appetite, skin ulcers, heart and blood vessels (cardiovascular disease), fever, diabetes, gum disease (gum Swelling) and liver.

In addition, bark is used for malaria, stomach and intestinal ulcers, skin diseases, pain and fever. Neem contains such chemicals that can reduce blood glucose levels, fix ulcers in the digestive system, kill bacteria, and prevent plaque production in the mouth.

Health Benefits Of Neem And Uses

1. Dental plaque :-Initial research suggests that by applying neem leaves extract on teeth and gums for 6 weeks, reduced effect of plaque . It can also reduce the number of bacteria in the mouth, which causes the toothache or the dental plaque. If the extracts are not available then you can wash neem leaves thoroughly and chew in the morning. However, for two weeks after rubbing with neem extract, there is no evidence to reduce the inflammation of the plaque or gum.

2. Insect repellent:- Initial research suggests that applying root or leaf extract of neem helps remove black flies. Apart from this, some types of mosquitoes are preserved by applying cream of neem oil on the skin.

3. Ulcers :- Some research suggests that taking 30-60 mg of neem bark twice a day for 10 weeks helps in cure stomach and intestinal ulcers. However, before using it you must consult any Ayurvedic physician.

4. Psoriasis:- Preliminary research shows that after consuming neem extracts for 12 weeks, daily sun exposure and co-tar and salicylic acid creams may reduce the severity of psoriasis symptoms in people. However, be sure to consult the doctor before using it.

How to eat neem (Dosing)

The proper dose of neem or its product depends on many factors such as the user’s age, health, and many other conditions. At this time Neem does not have enough scientific information to determine the appropriate dosage. Keep in mind that natural products are not always safe and doses can be important. If you are buying neem products from the market, be sure to follow the relevant instructions on the label and consult your pharmacist or doctor or other health care professional before using it.
