According to Harvard, a sedentary lifestyle leads to rapid deterioration of mental health. So keep yourself active. It has a positive effect on the mind as well as the body.

What to do: Walk for 30 minutes every day. 15 minutes of cycling is also effective. This releases the feel-good hormone endorphins.
