Loss of the wrong posture –

  1. Muscle damage problem may increase

  3. Pain occurs in the back, waist, knees, and increases the risk of fracture
  4. Failure in Spinal movement

How to know that you are suffering from a back problem

For this, you should first stand on the floor for 10-20 seconds as you usually do. During this time, feel that there is no pressure in the muscles of your pelvic. If you are feeling the pressure, then the stomach and lower back muscles that are made to support your body are not working properly. In such a situation, you need to change your habit of standing in this posture.

Shoulder bending while standing –

  1. Neck not straight
  2. Head bending forward
  3. The hip or abdomen is outward.

How to get relief

  1. Elastic hip extension– For this, first, you have elastic in both legs above the heel. Put the band and stand upright on the floor. After this, move the right foot back ten times as much as you can, keeping the left foot steady. Then repeat the same process on the left foot while keeping the right foot steady.
