2 – Using Pushups – Metabolism can also be made healthy by doing push-ups. Explain that by doing pushups, there is an emphasis on the muscles, due to which their muscles become stronger. During pushups, triceps muscles, core, pectoral etc. are used, through which a lot of calories can be burned in the body.

3 – Via Scott – Scots can be done very easily by staying at home. This is a very easy exercise. In this, the person has to carry his body weight from top to bottom and from bottom to top. However, during that time the person’s hands are on the front. Doing this emphasizes the glutes and hamstring muscles. In addition, calories are also burned.

4- Using Lunges – Metabolism can be increased through exercise. In this, first, stand straight and then take your step forward while pulling your shoulders back. Myths about metabolism

1 – The reason for low metabolism is to miss food.

This is a myth. Those people who think that if they keep eating something or the other during two-three hours, then their metabolism will increase, tell them that metabolism is not affected by eating in between. However, eating frequently can keep a person’s stomach full.

2 – Metabolism slows down after ageing

No. It’s not like that. It depends on the person how his diet or lifestyle is. If a person wants, he can keep the metabolism fast with increasing age. However, after 40, the level of testosterone hormone (important for making muscles) starts decreasing, so special care is needed.

3 – Metabolism can increase by changing the diet

It is difficult to say that metabolism can be increased by changing the diet. However, the function of metabolism can be improved by consuming caffeine, apple cider vinegar etc.
